Scott A. Arnwine
Senior Consultant
Scott Arnwine is a Senior Consultant with Gavion, LLC; he entered the consulting field in 2004 as a financial analyst, and eventually managed both the institutional and wealth management analyst teams. Scott transitioned into his current role as investment consultant in 2010 and works primarily with public clients. In his role as consultant, Scott advises various public clients including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, and retiree benefit trusts. His specialized areas of expertise include the creation of investment policy statements and guidelines, asset allocation, manager selection and performance evaluation services. Prior to his institutional consulting tenure, Scott worked as a financial advisor in the private client group for Morgan Stanley, and his career experience includes both corporate finance and account management. Scott received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Memphis. In 2018, Scott was appointed by the Governor of the State of Tennessee as a Commissioner of the Tennessee Human Rights Commission. He has previously served on the boards of the Fogelman College of Business Alumni Chapter and Evangelical Christian School. Scott currently serves as a member of the Evangelical Christian School's retirement committee. He is a volunteer coach and is an elder of First Evangelical Church. *Equity Owner
